• We charge Rs. 150/- on all orders
• Orders placed by 12:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time) will be shipped the same day via Registered Courier Service.
• Orders received after 12:00 pm will be dispatched the next day.
• Orders received on Friday and on Pakistan’s National Holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day.
• Delivery time is between 3 to 5 working days (No delivery on Sundays). However delivery can take up to 7 working days during busy shopping season or our mega sales events.
• To ensure efficient processing, please be advised of our updated payment structure for larger orders. For any order exceeding Rs. 15,000, a 20% deposit is required prior to dispatch. For orders exceeding Rs. 20,000, full payment must be made in advance. Upon confirmation of your order, a representative will contact you to communicate the necessary account details for the transaction.
