How to exchange or return:

1. Contact us first
Message us on WhatsApp at (+92) 331 6612600 or email sales@suave.pk and let us know what you'd like to exchange.

2. Fill out the return form
Download the Return Form, fill it in, and include it in your parcel.

3. Pack it safely
Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging. Include a copy of your invoice.

4. Send via traceable courier
Ship to: Suave PK, Mian Center, near Mian CNG, Muhammadabad, Satyana Road, Faisalabad.

Prefer an exchange?
We always recommend an exchange over a refund — it's faster and you get something you'll love. But if a refund is what you need, we'll process it within 7 working days of receiving your item.

Shipping & refund details: Return shipping is at the customer's expense via any traceable courier. Original delivery charges (Rs 199) are non-refundable. For refunds, actual weight-based return shipping will be deducted. For COD orders, a 4% government tax on the COD amount will also be deducted. Only the flat Rs 199 paid at checkout is excluded.
